The upper floor has four bedrooms, connected by a hallway that wraps around the open foyer below.

Each of the four bedrooms has its own ensuite and all have panoramic views from the windows.
The Master Bedroom is at the south-west corner of the house, and has a main area that mimicks the living room under it. The main area has six large windows, with six smaller "lights" above and two other windows. It has a private balcony facing south and a large walk-in closet.
It has a six piece ensuite: toilet, his and hers sinks, a large tiled shower and a re-finished antique cast iron tub.
The main area is floored in solid "gunstock" oak which is continued throughout the hallway, with the bathroom and closet being tiled.

The North Bedroom is presently decorated in rose and floral wallpaper.

The Tower Bedroom is at the rear of the house, and has a main area that is round, with five large windows.
It has a three piece ensuite: toilet, sink and corner tub with shower, and a walk in closet.
The main floor is oak grained laminate, the bathroom is tiled and the closet has locally cut wood flooring.


The South Bedroom faces east, with the bathroom windows facing south down the valley, giving a view of the mountains below Lytton, over 15 kilometers away.
It has a three piece ensuite: toilet, sink and jetted tub, and a very large walk in closet.
The main room is floored in oak grained laminate, while the bathroom and closet are tiled.
